# Fair Hour > Find a meeting time across time zones. List each person on a line - name | city or time zone | hours | busy > times in their own clock | optional - then a date, how many weekdays to search and the meeting length. The page > converts everyone's hours with the browser's own time-zone data (daylight saving included), finds every 15-minute start > that works for everyone required, scores each by how many minutes fall in someone's first or last hour, and draws > everyone's day as side-by-side lanes in their own clock. A metered run picks the fairest one to three slots, explains > each in every person's local time, asks whoever would have to move when nothing fits, and drafts the invite. Built on > the SkillSafe skill @googleworkspace/recipe-find-free-time. https://fair-hour.skillsafe.ai/ ## What is free - Reading up to 12 people: a city (London, Bangalore, Sao Paulo and about 90 more), an IANA zone (Asia/Tokyo) or UTC+3; hours (9-17:30, 9am-5pm; none means 09:00-17:00); busy times in their own clock, all days or one weekday (busy Tue 13-14); optional; every day (weekends too). - The search: the organizer's day (or 3 or 5 weekdays) on a 15-minute grid, 30 to 90 minutes long; up to eight candidate slots an hour apart, the closest misses when no time works for everyone required. - The swim lanes (PNG, SVG), the slot list (CSV), an .ics invite in UTC, and Add to Google Calendar / Outlook links for the first pick. - Three samples replay their saved picks at no cost. ## The metered task One task, `slots`, on gpt-terra, metered per run. Input string fields: `task`, `meeting`, `dates`, `people` (one line per person, `p1.` ...), `slots` (one line per candidate, `s1.` ..., with each person's local time), `counts` and `prefs`. The reply is one JSON object: `verdict` (`found` or `near`), `picks` (one to three, each `slot`, `why`, `ask`), `invite` (`subject`, `body`) and `note`. The page keeps only slot ids it sent, checks the verdict against the first pick, warns when a pick misses someone while another slot has everyone, and warns when the reply writes a time the page did not produce. ## Links - API tutorial: https://fair-hour.skillsafe.ai/api.html - Source skill: https://skillsafe.ai/skill/@googleworkspace/recipe-find-free-time
